إدارة العقود هناك مجموعة من التشريعات الكويتية التي ارتأت وزارة العدل الاضطلاع بطبعها تلبية لحاجة رجال القضاء اليها، لتكون هاديا يلتزمونه عند تطبيقهم النصوص الواردة فيها على ما يعرض عليهم من قضايا، مراعية في ذلك تتويجها بأحدث التعديلات التشريعية التي رأى المشرع إدخالها عليها وفقا لما يتطلبه الواقع العملي. ولا ريب أن هذه التشريعات لا غني لكل مشتغل بالقانون عنها ومن أهمها موضوعنا اليوم في إدارة العقود للمشاريع في دولة الكويت. وفي حال تعارض شروط التعاقد مع القانون الكويتي تكون الأولوية للقانون الكويتي باعتباره هو القانون الحاكم للعقود المبرمة بدولة الكويت. هناك عدة أنواع للعقود التي تعقد ما بين الحكومة والشركات: １. العقود المقطوعية (Lump Sum) ２. العقود المقايسة التقديرية (Unit Price) هناك محتويات دائمة للتعاقد يجب الالتزام بها بالترتيب ليتم العقد على أكمل وجه بالنحو الآتي: １. اسم العقد ２. أطراف العقد مع التاريخ ３. مستندات للعقد ４. مدة العقد ５. قي...
